Kalsium

Were you looking for information about Calcium? Kalsium is a common misspelling of calcium.

Calcium is a mineral that has several important functions in the human body. Most of it is stored in the bones and teeth, where it functions to support their structure. The mineral may also work as an antacid and can be used to lower blood pressure and treat premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms. Since some people may be more likely to experience problems due to calcium, you should talk to your healthcare provider before taking it if you have kidney disease, sarcoidosis, or kidney stones.
