Kalsum

Were you looking for information about Calcium? Kalsum is a common misspelling of calcium.

Calcium is a critical nutrient that is primarily stored in the bones and the teeth. Without adequate amounts of this mineral in the blood, the body will weaken the bones to make up for the deficiency. Calcium supplements can help prevent the bones from breaking down and may also be useful for weight loss, treating high blood pressure, and relieving premenstrual syndrome symptoms (although some of these claimed uses require more scientific evidence).
