Is Evista Right for Me?

This is a question that must be answered by you and your healthcare provider. Depending on your particular breast cancer risk factors, as well as any other medical conditions you may have, Evista may or may not be right for you. The drug is not risk-free, and for some women, the risks of taking Evista for breast cancer prevention may not be worth the benefits. The medication may be particularly beneficial for women with (or at high risk for) osteoporosis who are at high risk for breast cancer.
